Hotel Filip was built in 1878 and it previously consisted of apartments and a museum.

The hotel underwent an extensive complete renovation in 2022. We proudly welcome you to an upgraded smart hotel in a fantastic location. Our 39 rooms vary in size and are perfect for both business travelers and weekend guests. More than half have a fully furnished kitchen, and you have access to a fitness room in the basement - as well as infrared sauna and laundry room.

FORMALITY
No one enjoys waiting in a long check-in line after a day of travel. That’s why we created a simple self check-in entry. You receive your check-in e-mail the day of your arrival. 

SELF CHECK-IN
Our simple self check-in cuts out the front desk queue. Perfect if you’ve had a long journey and just want to shrug off your suitcase and relax. You can be out discovering Oslo before other hotel guests have made it to the front of the check-in line!

DIGITAL KEY
Our smart accommodation is completely stressless. When you book your stay you’ll receive your personal digital key and check-in instructions, so all you need to do is arrive, lock yourself in and enjoy.
